We are a Kansas City based
warehousing, manufacturing and distribution
company.
Panelized housing kits
built in Kansas City. Plans and Specs
available. Units would be on slab or
block foundations, 8X20 wall sections
installed together forming a 12X40 or
12X60 units. We can build 4-8 houses
per day and they are transportable on
tractor/trailers, one kit per truck.
Homes should be erected and dried-in
within eight hours maximum, assuming
a two man crew and stinger. Complies
will all State codes.
All wall panels produced
and shipped without windows, doors or
soffets installed. Separate gondolas
will encase breakables. No wiring or
sheet rock included unless so ordered.
Hurricane clips included as well as
OSB or Masonite siding. OSB can be covered
with vinyl or aluminum on site.
Preparations to be made
prior to shipment should include site
preparations, rough-in plumbing, utilities
to lot and foundations. Framed floors
available upon request.
